Geographic Restrictions
This platform is designed primarily for users in Bangladesh. Users from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use the service. Accessing from a restricted area may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned will be forfeited.
Account Registration and Management
Registration Process
When opening an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, correct mobile number and valid identity details. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension of service.
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.
- If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
- jibaji will not be responsible for any loss resulting from use of your account by a third party.
- Transferring or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
Verification Process (KYC)
jibaji follows a Know Your Customer process to provide secure services. Before a withdrawal, or after a certain volume of transactions, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of your payment method. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is complete.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
jibaji supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are set out below.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500

Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Processing is typically completed within 10–45 minutes

Fraudulent Transactions
If any transaction is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity, jibaji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
General Bonus Rules

- Using bonuses by creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
- jibaji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before converting a bonus into cash.
VIP Program
jibaji's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% weekly cashback at Platinum. Active participation and regular play are required to move up to a higher tier.
